Encrypted Channel
Ticket Submission Protocol
- 01. Do not discuss order details on unencrypted channels (Clearweb, Email).
- 02. Tickets are answered in FIFO order (First In, First Out). Bumping tickets resets queue position.
- 03. Lost PINs or 2FA Reset requests require signed PGP verification from the account's key.
- 04. Vendor bond inquiries are handled by the Administration department only.

Operational Security
This platform uses standard OpenPGP implementation (RFC 4880). Ensure your local keyring is updated. Messages signed with expired keys or weak algorithms (SHA-1) will be automatically rejected by the mail server.
